Chickpeas Galore!
Today I will be making roasted chickpeas.
These beans are perfect for a snack.
-A can of Garbanzo Beans
-2 tsp. Garlic Salt
-1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
-1 tblsp. oil (I used Olive Oil)
Drain the can of garbanzo beans and blot with paper towel. Put in bowl and add oil, garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Roast in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. They may start popping but thats normal. If you would like you could toast the beans a bit more to were their extra crunchy.
